DM Productions was the very first company in Boston to provide video karaoke. In 1989 there were 2 locations in Boston with the new phenomenon, The Palace in Saugus and Nick's Comedy Stop. Since DJs Dan McCarthy and Greg Plowman worked at the Palace, the two would take it on the road to Crackers Pub in Beverly, Seaside and the Boston Beach Club in Faneuil Hall, and T's Pub on Commonwealth Ave. It is still going at T's Pub, 29 years straight. The longest running karaoke show in Boston. Yes, that's Cam Neely doing Karaoke.
